Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the accurate booking and reconciliation of subledgers, with a particular focus on accounts receivable

• You perform regular account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders

• You support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in accordance with national and international accounting standards

• You analyze accounting-related matters, derive recommendations for action, and independently implement process improvements

• You contribute to the further development and standardization of accounting processes within the subledger environment

• You work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring transparent and effective communication

Your Skills

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, vocational training, or a degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance, or a comparable field

• You ideally bring several years of professional experience in Accounting, particularly in Accounts Receivable and Bank Accounting

• You possess solid knowledge of financial accounting and ideally have experience with national and international accounting standards

• You work in a structured manner, analyze complex issues carefully, and derive practical and sustainable solutions

• You are confident in using SAP and Microsoft Excel

• You communicate fluently in German, both written and spoken; good English skills are considered an advantage
