TASKS WITH IMPACT
- You own and steer the DOUGLAS Group's end-to-end process framework – including standards, methods, and tools – and ensure its consistent application across all Global Process Owners (GPOs)
- You act as the central orchestration and coordination point for all Global Process Owners, driving alignment, resolving cross-process conflicts, and preparing decisions for escalation where required
- You define, embed, and govern the standard-vs.-deviation logic (e.g., the 90/10 principle), including the assessment, documentation, and recommendation of process deviations in line with our Group strategy
- You are the central interface between Global Process Design and the major transformation programs (including S/4HANA, SCM/OWAC, Finance TOM), safeguarding process integrity across design and implementation
- You lead and further develop the global process community, establishing clear collaboration models, operating rhythms, and shared narratives across all GPOs
- You prepare and support process-related governance and decision-making bodies by translating complex process discussions into clear decision options and implications for senior management
- You translate corporate strategy and transformation goals into scalable, future-proof end-to-end process designs and target ways of working – explicitly ensuring that the potential of artificial intelligence and advanced automation is leveraged
