TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Further development and strategic shaping of our offsite retail media strategy — through both strong data partnerships and the expansion of in-house capabilities
  • Design and build-out of scalable monetization and commercialization models, including attractive pricing and package structures for our partners
  • Translation of new business opportunities into clear product requirements, in close collaboration with our AdTech and data teams
  • Identification and prioritization of growth opportunities across CTV, social, programmatic, and omnichannel — with a focus on strategic impact
  • Advancing the role of data partnerships and clean-room solutions, e.g. for insights, audience extension, or campaign verification
  • Building efficient, scalable campaign and workflow structures that enable smooth collaboration across multiple teams
  • Close alignment with Performance Marketing, Sales, Data, and Tech to connect short-term revenue potential with long-term capability building
  • Monitoring relevant developments in the retail media and AdTech ecosystem, plus identifying and building strategic partnerships

YOUR SKILLS

  • Several years of experience in retail media, digital media, AdTech strategy, or digital product management
  • Experience building or scaling offsite or omnichannel media offerings, along with a solid understanding of the underlying market mechanics
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and assess viable business models and business cases
  • Experience working with programmatic ecosystems and platform partnerships, ideally from a strategic or commercial perspective
  • A sound understanding of data partnership models, particularly in the context of data clean rooms and audience monetization
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work successfully with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • A structured, solution-oriented way of working and the ability to break complex or unfamiliar topics down into clear action steps
  • A genuine interest in developments across retail media and offsite advertising, with a feel for emerging market trends and innovations
