TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Own and manage liquidity planning and cash forecasting activities
- Drive and optimize cash flow management across the organization
- Manage incoming and outgoing cash flows and ensure effective operational liquidity management
- Analyze, monitor, and improve working capital performance, including key metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Prepare, analyze, and continuously enhance financial forecasts, planning models, investment analyses, and lease-related calculations
- Ensure IFRS 16 compliance in financial planning, reporting, and lease-related processes
- Prepare and present financial analyses, results, and actionable recommendations to management and decision-making committees
- Continuously improve treasury, forecasting, reporting processes, and the quality of underlying master data
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and other relevant stakeholders

In addition to these competencies, the following skills and qualifications are particularly important to us:
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, Financial Planning, or Controlling within a corporate environment
- Strong expertise in liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and operational cash flow management
- Experience in working capital management and financial performance analysis
- Solid understanding of international accounting standards, particularly IFRS 16
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Tagetik or comparable planning and consolidation tools is considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and independent working style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
