TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Creation of training materials and sales folders for all Douglas Corporate Brands
- Preparation and adaptation of training content for the international Douglas Academy App, with a focus on digital and interactive learning formats
- Development of content for the internal Douglas Instagram channel wir.sind.do (posts, videos, stories, contests, and more)
- Participation in international Train-the-Trainer sessions and store employee trainings, with the opportunity to independently deliver training content
- Planning and coordination of international shipments of training products
- Support of relevant projects related to assortment development and employee engagement initiatives
- Opportunity to participate in marketing shoots and gain behind-the-scenes insights into the beauty industry
YOUR SKILLS
- Creative and innovative mindset combined with a strong passion for the beauty industry
- Confident handling of common Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
- Strong team orientation and a hands-on mentality
- High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- You enjoy taking ownership of your own projects and driving them forward independently
- Strong initiative, proactive thinking, and the ability to work autonomously
- A structured, organized, and detail-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility
- Initial experience gained through internships in Sales, Training, Learning & Development, or a related field is considered a plus
