TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Analyze and optimize store processes while defining standards and control mechanisms
- Implement new process standards across stores to ensure efficient and transparent operations
- Own process documentation, the internal control system (ICS), and support external audits
- Drive the continuous improvement of in-store processes, particularly in merchandise management and POS operations
- Independently manage projects in the store process environment and collaborate with relevant stakeholders
- Conduct regular store visits to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare business analyses and business cases to support new process initiatives
- Support stores and Area Managers with operational questions and coordinate process rollouts, including testing and pilot phases
YOUR SKILLS
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable commercial qualification
- Experience in a similar role in retail
- Initial experience in project management and process improvement
- Good understanding of retail operations and store processes
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions
- Willingness to travel regularly to store locations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
