TASKS WITH IMPACT

 

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and research new advertising opportunities across brands, agencies, and media buyers, build strategic target-account lists, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and ensure timely, structured handover to the appropriate sales owners
  • Accounts Receivable & Working Capital Management (OPOS): Monitor outstanding receivables in close collaboration with Finance and Accounting, drive the resolution of overdue items with sales owners and clients, and support effective cash collection and net working capital targets
  • Accounting Liaison: Serve as the key Sales Operations interface with Accounting, investigate and resolve billing, booking, and reconciliation discrepancies, and ensure consistent invoicing data across sales and finance systems
  • Controlling Support: Support the Senior Operations Manager with data validation, variance analysis, and the preparation of ad-hoc reports and insights for Controlling and management
  • Forecasting: Contribute to monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles through accurate data preparation, pipeline validation, and forecast-versus-target analysis for management and country-team reviews
  • Salesforce & CRM Management: Maintain and continuously improve CRM data quality across accounts, opportunities, and pipeline stages, support Salesforce administration, reporting, dashboard development, and process enhancements, and promote consistent data-hygiene standards across the sales organization
  • Sales Reporting & Performance Insights: Produce weekly and monthly reports on pipeline development, revenue performance, and win/loss trends, providing the Head of Sales and other stakeholders with reliable, decision-ready insights
  • Process Improvement: Document, standardize, and continuously optimize end-to-end lead-to-conversion workflows and finance-handover processes across central and local teams

 

 

YOUR SKILLS


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Initial professional experience in Sales Operations, Sales, or B2B Marketing, ideally within retail media, digital advertising, or a comparable environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional, and international environment
