TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Lead and manage the relationship with the Central Works Council, including negotiations and collaboration within relevant employee representative bodies
- Advise senior leadership, Sales Management, and Human Resources on collective labor law matters and employee relations topics
- Proactively shape and further develop the partnership with the Central Works Council and its committees
- Design, develop, and negotiate company-wide policies and frameworks, including topics such as compensation, working time, and productivity
- Negotiate company-wide works agreements and represent the employer in conciliation committees and formal dispute resolution processes
- Lead cross-functional projects related to labor relations, policy development, and regulatory matters

In addition, the following skills are particularly important to us:
- University degree with a focus on Labor Law, Business Law, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in Labour Relations, Employment Law, or Human Resources with a focus on labor law topics is desirable
- Strong knowledge of German labor relations law and experience working with employee representative bodies
- Confident negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working
- Fluent German and good English language skills
