Own and drive Sales Controlling and reporting activities across the DACH region

Monitor, analyze, and steer key sales KPIs to support informed business decisions

Prepare ad-hoc analyses and management reports for senior leadership

Lead sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

Conduct variance analyses and derive actionable business recommendations

Identify and implement opportunities to improve controlling and reporting processes

Support the planning and financial evaluation of existing stores and store optimization initiatives
YOUR SKILLS

In addition, the following skills are particularly important to us:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification

Several years of professional experience in Sales Controlling, Commercial Controlling, or a comparable controlling function

Proven experience managing complex planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles independently

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business recommendations

Advanced proficiency in SAP, Tagetik, MSI, Excel, or comparable reporting and controlling tools

Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
