Nebula is one of the engineering teams behind Douglas' CRM platform - the systems for customer profiles, loyalty, tenant configuration and search that our internal teams and customers rely on every day.
We are looking for you as a Full Stack Developer (f/m/x) for our Nebula Team. You move confidently across the entire CRM stack: customer- and business-facing features, APIs and services on one side, our internal developer platform and tooling on the other - including our growing AI Agentic Skills area. Do you enjoy full-stack product work on real business systems, like building tools other developers rely on, and are you curious how AI agents can be meaningfully embedded into development workflows - not just as a chatbot? Then this role is for you. We work in an agile way, combining Scrum and Kanban.
TASKS WITH IMPACT
- You build CRM features and services for customer profiles, search, and tenant configuration, plus the workflows internal teams rely on every day
- You build APIs and services mostly in .NET with MongoDB-based data, integrating with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Crowdin and SAP Customer Data Cloud
- You develop AI-powered product features such as chat-based assistants, structured plan generation, ticket-to-plan workflows, PR summaries and translation drafts - always with a human in the loop
- You write structured skills for AI agents, extend our internal CLI and design guardrails for safe, traceable actions as part of our AI Agentic Skills work
- You build frontend applications with React, Next.js and TypeScript, including UI features, forms, dashboards, admin tools and shared components
- You own quality and delivery end-to-end - from unit, integration and Playwright E2E tests through CI to containerized deployment via Kubernetes, Helm and ArgoCD
YOUR SKILLS
- You bring solid software engineering fundamentals - clean, maintainable code and thoughtful architecture decisions are second nature to you
- Professional experience in full-stack web development is something you already have, and you move confidently across the whole stack
- A statically typed backend language such as C#/.NET (our services mostly run on ASP.NET Core), modern JavaScript/TypeScript and a component-based frontend framework like React are all part of your toolkit, along with working with web APIs such as REST, GraphQL or gRPC
- Automated tests at least on one level - unit, integration or end-to-end - are something you write and maintain; code reviews, pair programming and CI/CD pipelines are simply part of how you ship
- Curiosity about AI tools and agents is something you bring, along with genuine interest in shaping them for real engineering use cases
- Clear communication in German and English lets you explain technical tradeoffs and collaborate well with product, design and other developers
- Ideally, you already have some experience with React meta-frameworks like Next.js, document-oriented databases like MongoDB, containerized deployments, or even LLM APIs and agent SDKs - much of this you can pick up with us
