TASKS WITH IMPACT

• AI & Process Optimization: You analyze existing creative processes within the Branding & Design Team and identify opportunities to leverage generative AI and automation.

• AI-Powered Workflows: You develop and implement AI-powered workflows for the efficient creation and adaptation of content and design assets, particularly for social media, newsletters, websites, e-commerce, and digital campaigns.

• Scalable Design Solutions: You develop scalable, system-based solutions that enable the production of high-quality, consistent, and on-brand visual content.

• AI Tools & Innovation: You explore, test, and integrate new AI tools and technologies into existing design and production processes, from initial ideation to final asset creation.

• Digital Asset Management: You optimize the organization, management, and cross-channel use of digital content and assets.

• Workflow Automation: You develop automated processes and integrations between different tools and platforms to simplify repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You work closely with Branding, Design, Social Media, and related teams, supporting the implementation and continuous development of AI solutions in day-to-day operations.

YOUR SKILLS

• You have completed a degree or vocational training in a relevant field, such as Media Informatics, Digital Media, Media Production, Computer Science, or Design, or have equivalent practical experience.

• You have solid hands-on experience with generative AI and workflow automation and have ideally already developed and implemented your own AI-based solutions.

• You are familiar with relevant tools and platforms such as n8n, Claude, Figma Weave, ComfyUI, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, or comparable applications, and understand how to integrate them effectively.

• You have a strong understanding of design, visual brand identity, and digital content production, and know how to translate creative requirements into functional technical solutions.

• You take a systematic and scalable approach to developing solutions that enable efficient, consistent, and on-brand content and design production.

• You are proficient in common design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.

• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner, enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies, and are motivated to turn innovative ideas into practical solutions.

• You have strong communication skills in both German and English.
