TASKS WITH IMPACT

• SEA Strategy & Channel Management: You take ownership of the strategic and operational management and continuous development of our SEA channels (Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), with a focus on Search and Shopping.

• Performance Optimization: You analyze key performance indicators, optimize campaigns, bidding strategies and automation, and identify opportunities to increase revenue, profitability and new customer acquisition.

• Budget Planning & Forecasting: You manage budget allocation efficiently, develop forecasts and derive data-driven recommendations to achieve our growth targets.

• Testing & Innovation: You develop structured testing strategies for creatives, audiences, landing pages and bidding approaches, evaluate their effectiveness and scale successful initiatives.

• Tracking & Analytics: You collaborate closely with our BI, Data and Tech teams to ensure high tracking and data quality while continuously improving the foundation for reliable performance analysis.

• Campaign Management & Collaboration: You work closely with E-Commerce, CRM, MarTech and the Campaign Team to coordinate cross-channel marketing initiatives and define requirements for creative assets and campaign content.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: You monitor market developments, platform trends and competitor activities, translating insights into actionable optimization and growth initiatives.

YOUR SKILLS

• You bring several years of professional experience in Search Engine Advertising (SEA), ideally within a dynamic e-commerce environment, and have independently managed complex campaigns and budgets.

• You have extensive expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, along with a strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies and performance optimization.

• You demonstrate excellent analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel and solid knowledge of tracking, attribution and data-driven performance measurement.

• You have a strong commercial mindset, understand business dynamics and translate data-driven insights into concrete measures to improve efficiency and profitability.

• You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner, demonstrate a proactive, hands-on mentality and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative ideas forward.
