The Business Technology team is responsible for the digital security infrastructure of the Douglas Group, ensuring that identities, access rights and permissions are managed reliably, compliantly and scalably across the entire organisation. As a specialist in Identity & Access Management, you actively shape the secure operation and further development of our IAM landscape – from technical integration and process design through to advising internal departments. If you enjoy approaching security topics with a strategic perspective and taking ownership of a cross-functional subject with real business value, we look forward to hearing from you.
Tasks with Impact
- You operate and maintain the IAM applications (IGA, AM, PAM) across the entire lifecycle and serve as the central point of contact for all questions relating to the Identity Lifecycle and Business Alignment
- Business units and project teams are advised and supported by you on the integration of central user and access management, as well as on the creation of business roles and authorisation concepts
- You create and maintain technical documentation and provide users with relevant information in a structured and accessible way
- Functional acceptance tests for changes in the IAM process are carried out by you independently, and you continuously ensure the quality of the data inventory
- The IAM infrastructure is actively co-developed by you – with the goal of optimally supporting business and IAM processes from a technical perspective
- You organise and operationally accompany the assignment of user permissions for IT services, applications and other IT assets in accordance with the Information Security Management framework
- Drawing on your knowledge of IAM regulations, processes and systems, you ensure secure, compliance-driven operations as well as end-to-end monitoring of authorisation and role concepts, and provide support in the event of security incidents
Your skills
- You bring a successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Solid professional experience in the field of Identity & Access Management has already been gained, and you are familiar with the relevant processes, systems and regulations from practical application
- Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD) and common IAM tools – ideally OneIdentity, SailPoint, Okta or Omada – are tools you work with confidently
- Security standards and compliance requirements are familiar territory for you; ideally, you also bring experience with Zero Trust security principles and corresponding solution approaches
- Complex topics are structured independently by you, with clear recommendations derived for both technical and non-technical audiences
- You communicate confidently in both German and English – in writing and verbally
