TASKS WITH IMPACT
- You support our working students in reviewing (approving or rejecting) product data
- You are responsible for the Product Data & Compliance mailboxes, coordinating incoming requests and tasks, and ensuring their efficient handling
- You coordinate and are responsible for the operational execution of physical product compliance checks, as well as producing quarterly reporting
- You create product data review guidelines that take legal requirements into account, both for our partners and for internal use
- In the event of quality or regulatory violations, you promptly initiate the necessary measures and ensure fast, compliant handling
- You create guidelines for Partner Program partners as well as internal stakeholders on product data requirements and all relevant legal requirements
- You regularly participate in exchanges with global and local Product Data & Compliance teams and promote cross-departmental collaboration
- You work closely with departments such as Key Account Management and Sales, as well as cross-functional teams such as Product Safety & Quality and MDM, to ensure compliance with product data and compliance requirements in line with business objectives
- You support the team in identifying regulatory changes early, assessing their impact, and implementing the resulting requirements within the Partner Program

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:
- Completed studies or vocational training in business, e-commerce, or a related field
- Ideally, you bring initial experience in a similar area (quality management, product data & content, e-commerce; marketplace experience an advantage)
- Familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, Confluence & SAP
- Fluent German and English
- Structured and organized way of working
- Technical affinity
- Ability to simplify complex matters
- Detail-oriented way of working
- Hands-on mentality with pragmatic execution strength
