TASKS WITH IMPACT

  • Independently manage local works council relations, including the negotiation and drafting of works agreements
  • Advise on co-determination and labor relations matters, including topics such as working time, compensation systems, and organizational changes
  • Support and advise HR Business Partners on collective labor law matters to ensure legally compliant implementation of people-related measures
  • Contribute to company-wide transformation and change initiatives, including supporting local business units and sites
  • Support conciliation committee proceedings and conflict resolution processes where required
  • Identify potential labor law risks and develop pragmatic, business-oriented solutions to mitigate and prevent them

 

 

YOUR SKILLS

In addition, the following skills are particularly important to us:

  • Degree in Law with a focus on Employment Law or a comparable qualification
  • Strong knowledge of individual and collective employment law
  • Experience working with works councils and employee co-determination matters
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex employment law issues in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience supporting organizational change processes and managing legal risks
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
