TASKS WITH IMPACT
- Independently manage local works council relations, including the negotiation and drafting of works agreements
- Advise on co-determination and labor relations matters, including topics such as working time, compensation systems, and organizational changes
- Support and advise HR Business Partners on collective labor law matters to ensure legally compliant implementation of people-related measures
- Contribute to company-wide transformation and change initiatives, including supporting local business units and sites
- Support conciliation committee proceedings and conflict resolution processes where required
- Identify potential labor law risks and develop pragmatic, business-oriented solutions to mitigate and prevent them

- Degree in Law with a focus on Employment Law or a comparable qualification
- Strong knowledge of individual and collective employment law
- Experience working with works councils and employee co-determination matters
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex employment law issues in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience supporting organizational change processes and managing legal risks
- Fluent German and good English language skills
