Your Responsibilities:

  • Full operational responsibility for Retail & E-commerce:
  • monitoring, analyzing, and coordinating daily shipment operations to
    stores and customers.
  • verifying the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of order fulfillment — from
    projections, through pick & pack, to shipment.
  • ongoing control of stock levels, inventory, and replenishment processes.
  • Ongoing communication with the logistics operator (3PL):
  • your main stream: daily operational contact, resolving discrepancies,
    overseeing inquiries, explaining OTIF results, handling complaints, and
    managing escalations.
  • verifying operational data from SAP and 3PL systems (IDOCs, operational
    reports, stock comparisons).
  • monitoring the accuracy of warehouse processes — inbound, outbound, returns,
    cross-docking, and logical warehouses.
  • End-to-end operational process management:
  • verifying the causes of delays, shortages, system and documentation errors,
    and coordinating their resolution.
  • analyzing sales, inventory, and turnover data to improve processes.
  • Support for SAP system processes:
  • verifying data and identifying discrepancies in documents, IDOCs,
    and MM/IM movements.
  • cooperating with IT, Master Data, Procurement, and E-commerce teams on
    corrections and improvements.
  • reporting on KPIs/SLAs (particularly Retail replenishment, OSA, OTIF,
    WFR).

 

Our Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations in retail and/or e-commerce (preferably in a 3PL environment).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (reporting, data analysis, pivot tables).
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP (SD/MM/IM modules) or another ERP/WMS system, as well as familiarity with system processes.
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment, responding effectively to immediate needs.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, operational environment and respond quickly to ongoing business needs.
  • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and a high degree of independence.
  • Experience in maintaining collaborative, partnership-based relationships with 3PL providers.
  • Excellent organizational skills, independence, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English at a level that enables fluent business communication.
